"White On"

Happy New Year, and Valentine's Day too lol. I'm a little behind. I've written TONS of new blogs, but have yet to post any of them. Forgive me?

Today is all about getting whiter teeth without breaking bank! Yes, it is possible, and very simple too. And, best of all, it works :)

What you do is get 1 TEASPOON APPLE CIDER VINEGAR and 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA and mix them well.

Pour the mixture onto your toothbrush (you read that right). The vinegar's acidity kills plaque-building germs, and the gritty baking soda scrubs stains.

Lip Scrub

When it comes to taking care of your face, it's not hard to over look the little things. Such as your lips! Your mouth is on your face, it's one of your most prominent features, but what's the most that you really do for it?

I tend to use medicated Burt's Bee's lip balm (great stuff). But now, instead of just layering lip balm on top of damaged, and delicate, skin, here is a scrub that can help with an in-depth moisturizing.

This is especially good during the colder months, when the weather gets extremely harsh for your skin.

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Honey
Rich in antioxidants, great moisturizer, it can heal blemishes and other skin problems. It can cure acne, and it can soften your skin like nothing else.

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
The best natural exfoliate ever. Due t the fact that it takes the dead skin cells without being overly harsh, and it doesn't leave your face red of sensitive afterwards if used correctly.

Some Olive Oil (OR moisturizing lip balm of your choice)
Helps maintain the elasticity of the skin, and promotes a smooth, radiant, complexion.

Steps:

Mix the honey and making soda until it resembles a paste.

Place on lips and leave on for 3 - 5 minutes.

Gently rub lips.

Rinse off with luke warm water.

Apply a tiny bit of olive oil (or lip balm of your choice) to rehydrate.

**You can always make more and keep it in a small jar, stored at room temperature. It'll be good for a few weeks.
