Avocado Deep Facial Cleanser

We have two fresh avocados in the house, but since I'm allergic to them, it's best if I stay away from ingesting it in general. However, that doesn't mean that it'll stop me from trying out a mask on my sister or mother with the stuff.

People have been using avocado as a natural facial treatment for years, especially for dry skin. Here I'm going to show you how to make an avocado deep facial cleanser.

Ingredients:

1/2 an Avocado
It contains vitamins A, C, E, and K, which helps a great deal to improve overall skin health and give a soft look and instant glow. It's an ideal remedy for eczema, red skin, aging skin, and sensitive skin.

1 Egg Yolk
If you've read my egg mask instructions, then you'll know what the yolk can do for your skin. The egg yolk has a lot protein and fatty acids in there that will help your skin. This mask will replenish your skin and tighten up your pores. It's also a natural moisturizer.

1/2 Cup Milk
A lot of people don't realize how good milk is for the skin. It contains natural lipids which moisturizes the skin deeply. Moisturizers play a major factor in skin cell renewal. Milk also rehydrates, creating a healthy balance of serum in the skin.

You'll also need a Small Jar, Fork, and Blender.

Steps:

Peel and mash the half of the avocado.

Add the half cup milk to it and mix all together.

Beat the yolk until it's light and frothy.

Put all three ingredients into the blender together. If you don't have one, beat the mixture with a fork until you have a thin cream or lotion-like consistency.

Pour into jar.

Ta-da~ Your deep cleanser is complete.

Now just put an even amount onto your face, leave on for a few minutes, and rinse off thoroughly. Your skin should feel nice and soft and refreshed.

** You can use a small cotton swab and apply evenly onto your face. Or, you can just use your cleaned hands.

** Depending on how much you'd like to make, you can always adjust the amount of how much you'd like to make. Like 1/4 Avocado, 1/4 Milk, and 1/2 Egg Yolk.

** This can be refrigerated for a few weeks.
